For over 20 combined years, we have each been fortunate to enjoy successful careers in the professional recruiting/staffing industry. Working hand-in-hand with top professionals throughout several industries, we have been able to gain valuable insight into the intricate and hidden agendas that make up the modern day hiring process.

As executive recruiters, it was our job to create effective presentations on behalf of our candidates, and many times the communication took place through their resumes. For us to succeed, we had to discover the most effective way to quickly grab an employer’s attention through a resume, keep their interest, and stimulate their desire to want more.

Over time, we honed our resume-writing skills and with the Internet explosion in mind, created a resume that gets results in a job market bloated with more job seekers than there have been in the last 30 or more years.

While we provided our clients with great resumes, we couldn't help but feel we were leaving them in the lurch. Our clients were landing interviews but many of them had not interviewed in such a long time that they were fumbling the ball without knowing why. When you consider that the interview process has become more challenging over the years through the addition of personality tests and an increase in panel-styled interviews, it is easy to understand why so many people have met up with undesirable results. Our "Interview Coaching" program provides clients with an in-depth mastery of the hiring process, not only in providing help answering tough interview questions but also, more importantly, teaching a new way of thinking that ensures our clients can consistently handle anything that is thrown their way.
