About Randall Bell

Randall Bell is a principal of Bell Anderson & Sanders LLC, of Laguna Beach, California, a consulting firm that specializes in real estate and environmental damages. Prior to this, he founded and directed the Real Estate Damages practice at Price Waterhouse and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Randall has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, Japan, China, Micronesia and South America in his research of the impact that detrimental conditions have on value. Founded upon this research, he wrote various specialized methodologies, which have been incorporated into Federal regulations.

An award-winning author, Randall authored Real Estate Damages, published by the Appraisal Institute, and Strategy 360: 10 Steps for Creating a Complete Game Plan for Business & Life. He has also published numerous articles in various professional journals, lectured internationally on the topic of strategic planning, and has qualified as an expert witness in both State and Superior Courts.

Randall has a MBA Degree from UCLA. He is a native of Southern California, where he resides with his wife Melanie and four children.
